1. Information We Collect

To facilitate the Alliance and Gank Ping systems, Depths Saviors collects and stores the following data:

Discord Identifiers (IDs)

We store Guild IDs, Channel IDs (for alerts), Role IDs (for pings), and User IDs (for command authorization and statistics).

User-Generated Content

When you use /gank, we process the text details (location, server region) and any attached screenshots to redistribute them to allied servers.

Interaction Data

We track command usage frequency and reaction types (✅, ❌) to generate the /gankstats leaderboards.

2. How We Use Your Data

Functionality: IDs are strictly used to send alerts to the correct channels and ping the correct roles.
Security: User IDs are used to verify permissions (e.g., ensuring only approved Allies can call ganks).
Analytics: Aggregated data is used to display public statistics about rescue activity and response times.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties. However, as this service operates on Discord, any data sent through the bot is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy.

If you link your Roblox account for verification (future feature), that data is processed via Roblox's public APIs.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain data for as long as your Guild is part of the Alliance Network.

Right to Removal: If you kick the bot from your server, your configuration data remains in our database until a manual cleanup.
Right to Erasure: You may request the complete deletion of your Guild's data or your User statistics by opening a ticket in our Support Server.
