1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the Depths Saviors bot to your Discord server, joining an Allied Guild, or utilizing our rescue services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These terms govern your use of our bot, dashboard, and associated community channels. If you do not agree, you must immediately remove the bot and cease all usage.

2. Platform Compliance (Discord & Roblox)

Depths Saviors operates within the ecosystems of Discord and Roblox (Deepwoken). Users must strictly adhere to:

Discord ToS: You may not use this bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Roblox Community Standards: Any use of this service to facilitate exploiting, black market trading (RMT), or severe harassment violates Roblox rules and will result in a ban from our network.
Deepwoken Rules: We do not condone exploiting or "glitching" within Deepwoken. Gank calls related to exploiting activities may be deleted and the user blacklisted.

3. Service Usage & Conduct

The "Gank Ping" and "Alliance" systems are powerful tools. Misuse is strictly prohibited:

False Pings: Intentionally calling fake ganks to "bait" rescuers or spam allied servers is grounds for an immediate blacklist.
Harassment: You may not use the alert system to target, harass, or doxx specific players or guilds maliciously.
Spam: Admins spamming the /testgank or alert commands to disrupt the network will have their Guild removed.
Verification: Providing false screenshots or misleading location data is a violation of these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability (The "Wipe" Clause)

Depths Saviors is a utility tool, not a guarantee.

We are not responsible for any in-game losses, including but not limited to: character wipes, equipment loss, or failed rescue attempts. The reliability of the "Gank Ping" system depends on Discord API latency and allies availability. Use this service at your own risk.

5. Alliance Network & Termination

The Depths Saviors administration reserves the right to:

Refuse entry to any guild for any reason.
Remove any guild from the alliance network without prior notice or explanation.
Blacklist specific User IDs from using bot commands across all servers.
Reset statistics (/gankstats) in the event of database errors or abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

The Depths Saviors bot code, branding, and web interface are the intellectual property of the developers. "Deepwoken" and "Roblox" are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an unofficial community tool and are not endorsed by Raguza, Arch_Mage, or the Deepwoken team.
